The safety of our workers is a priority for NISSAN Cantabria, which is why we work on the basis that nothing so important that cannot be done safely.
Since the start of the pandemic, we have established an action protocol to minimise the risk of contagion in our facilities.
According to indicator "IA 14d" of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, we have defined 4 levels of alert with their corresponding associated preventive measures.
This Japanese word means ‘training place’, and it is where we teach our employees about safety.
The DOJO is an innovative training centre based on the "learn by doing" training method, in which the concept of gamification has been introduced, where students learn by playing through completing sensory and interactive exercises, strategically designed to reinforce the concepts to be transmitted.
We are very proud to have these facilities specifically for employees. They are pioneering for other centres in the company, and we have received several awards for them.
WHAT ARE WE WORKING ON?
The main activities we work on are aimed at , developing and implementing, in both the future and current facilities, preventive measures that reduce risks in order to minimise the likelihood of workplace incidents, as well as improve the environmental and ergonomic conditions of workstations.
